At AEIS, the Sales Executive is a sales and business development associate who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of AEIS accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. These accounts are largely general contractors, and also include other sub- contractors across disciplines within the general construction industry. This position reports dually to the VP of Sales and the President of the company.
The job is overwhelmingly meeting with our accounts. In these meetings, the Sales Executive will be deepening our relationships by serving our customers’ needs through the sales of our inspection services. While most of the projects AEIS works on follow a bid process, the success of our business depends upon the quality of relationships and service provided to our accounts by the Sales Executive. Preparing and delivering highly engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels, maintaining quality relationships that maintain the integrity and quality of everything behind the AEIS brand, being attuned to upcoming projects through constant communication with your accounts, and guiding our sales support team members in preparing our proposals so that we are consistently positioned to win.
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
