- Complete the Contact Information section of the order form–including your phone and fax numbers. Make sure all addresses are valid (if shipping via courier, P.O. Boxes are not valid addresses).
- Send the order form and payment at the same time.
- Order forms must be signed by an authorized Gift Cheque buyer on the account.
- All shipping fees need to be paid when the order is placed.
- Same day processing is only available on bulk orders.
- First time orders and special fulfillment requests are unable to be processed same day.
- If anything changes on your account, i.e. contact name or company address, you must advise AEIS on company letterhead.

- Keep all Gift Cheque inventory in a safe place, where cash is kept, out of reach/access of unauthorized personnel.
- Have one individual ordering and a separate individual responsible for receiving the Gift Cheques.
- Confirm the contents of a Gift Cheque shipment as soon as possible after receipt.
- If you are housing Cheques it is recommended that you have two individuals take regular inventory of your stock.
- Above all, remember that Gift Cheques are used as easily as cash.
